Meredith Hayward is an Associate of Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP with a practice focus in Commercial Litigation and Administrative Law. In addition to appearing at all levels of court in Ontario, she has appeared in both the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Meredith obtained her B.A. from Queen's University in 1993, her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1996 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1998. She completed her articles as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. During her clerkship, Meredith co-authored a paper on judicial review with The Honourable Mr. Justice Krever. Upon her call to the Bar, Meredith practised as an Associate with the Toronto office of Bennett Jones, until December 1999.
